This Spark (Beginners) course will give you a systematic introduction to Tai Chi Chuan, so you can decide if this is a practice you'd like to add to your daily routines. Tai Chi is a wonderful practice that allows the practitioner to develop good coordination, improves balance, calms the mind and increases energy. It is especially nice option for those who find it difficult to be still and focus during a typical meditation.
