We will go deeper into how to feel and use your energy to harmonize your body and mind, discover your soul's desire and reset the course of your life's mission, through a blend of ancient practices including Meditation, Breathwork, EFT Tapping, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and also getting a glimpse into Blindfolded Seeing as well as Energy Healing (Light & Sound).
You'll be guided to re-connect with the essence of life, tap into your body's innate wisdom, release stagnant energy, cultivate a sense of inner peace and vitality, and return to your true self.
